We stayed in Building 387 #402 from 2/3-2/13. Everything was awesome! The bathroom door didn't properly close, but minor. All of the staff was wonderful to work with. Beautiful unit and property. Loved the decor!Thank you for everything.

Stayed in early January, 2020. Beautiful, updated condo. Condo is in a quiet location ; loved sitting on balcony in the mornings. Updated and very well taken care of ; would recommend this property.

Stayed during New Years. Beautiful condo. Pictures don’t do this condo justice . Much nicer in person. Love Anna Maria island . Very laid back old Florida style

Spent Christmas 2019 at One Particular Harbour. This condo was super clean and very nice and spacious. The porch is great and the gated community feels very safe. The garage was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend staying there.

Brand new! Super clean. This was an exceptional unit! It was perfect for us because it was really close to everything while being situated in a very quiet community. Extremely clean. It was furnished with high-end everything ... from the towels to the sheets to the kitchen accessories. Beautiful view from the master bedroom and the lanai. Thank you for sharing such a lovely place!

Great condo for our family vacation. Our family enjoyed this very nice condo. It's in a great location, is clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, appliances were relatively new and appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked and we needed nothing. Also as a bonus, this unit had plenty of fun stuff in the outdoor storage.

Awesome location. What a well maintained property. Beautifully manicured outside and inside the Condo has a Beach theme throughout! Bed is marvelously comfortable w/ great pillows. Everything you need is there for the Beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, awning, floating devices etc. Don’t let me forget to say it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in! The cleaning company does an excellent job caring for this property. Loved our stay.

We rented the condo from Deborah and her team for the 4th of July weekend and loved it. The condo was clean upon arrival and everything was easy to find. Easy to use instructions were given on how to utilize the home's entertainment system. Added bonus was the beautiful sliding glass wall that was sound proof.

Thanksgiving family getaway. This property is conveniently located, has a fantastic serene and scenic view, and is immaculately furnished and maintained. We had an issue with a chirping hard-wired smoke detector which was handled without any inconvenience or disruption. We would give this experience the highest rating in all regards.

Great Location on Anna Maria Island. The property was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults - just as advertised. The location was excellent - just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach, and the free trolley picked you up right at the entrance to the complex to take you anywhere on the island. We really enjoyed the beach and fishing gear, especially the beach chairs and towels. Also loved having a pool on the day the ocean was a little too rough for the senior in our party. Would absolutely stay here again!

One Particular Harbor Stay. The unit itself is pristine, one of the best we have ever stayed in. Clean, new and stocked with all necessities. The covered parking spot was great if you have an open top car.

Excellent Stay! Condo was stunning and exactly as pictured. You can partially see the ocean from the condo. Great location in a quiet gated community. Only 1.5 miles from AMI beaches. Also enjoyed the bikes, cooler and beach chairs that were available with the unit. Another nice feature was it came with an initial supply of toiletries. Deborah the property manager was also wonderful to work with. Check in was seamless and she took the time to answer all of our questions. We stayed when there was a threat of a hurricane and Deb made sure to walk us through the whole process of what steps to take if the hurricane arrived. Thank you Deb and we look forward to our next stay!

Making Memories. Loved the set up of the condo. Master bedroom was awesome & the master shower (water pressure) was the bomb! It was close to the condo my daughter rented. Between the two condos I had 5 of my 6 grandchildren there. We cooked and ate dinner together every night except one which was awesome. Washer and dryer was AWESOME. Made LOTS of memories with my family♥️Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Outstanding! Our family spent the last week at One Particular Harbor and all I can say is outstanding. Our place was well furnished and well equipped. There are great amenities and the area is very secure. Great views and great location. We will definitely be staying here again

Perfect rental for our family vacation. This property was perfect for our vacation for 2 families with 6 kids! The condo is well stocked with anything you need to enjoy the beach, a fishing trip or a night in cooking in the large kitchen. A great spot.

Beautiful property! Made a last minute decision to join family in Anna Maria for the 4th of July and found this gem. When we booked, we had concerns it was a little far from our family and we would have to battle traffic daily to get to the island, but it was a non-issue, even on the 4th of July. The property is brand new, beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the linens were good quality. There were even two twin air mattresses our one son used. We used the screened-in porch every morning for breakfast and coffee. The community is brand new and has a really nice pool. It is quiet and easy in and out. I would rent this location again!

Beautiful Condo. The condo was beautiful! It was just a short, convenient drive to the beach. The pool and splash pad was amazing and it had an outdoor grilling area great for cooking dinners. Everything you could possible need was in the vicinity. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and answered all the questions that we had. Thank you for a great vacation!

Doing it again. When we checked in we were shocked at the beauty of the condo. I read reviews that the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. From the check in process to check out was outstanding. We loved our stay so much we rebooked for Thanksgiving.

Amazing Vacation Rental. I traveled to Florida for Spring Break with my family. My wife and two children ages 15 and 19. We had an amazing time. The condo rental was perfect. Couldn’t be a better location to access Anna Maria Island or Bradenton Beach. The sunsets from the lanai were absolutely incredible. Everything in the rental was very clean and super modern. The pool was perfect. And the rental was just a great place altogether. No complaints at all. Thanks again.

Beautiful condo! My family of 5 (kids ages 5, 4 & 1.5) recently stayed here for a week. The condo is new & beautiful! The pictures are exactly what it looks like inside. There’s a nice pool, splash pad area & playground for the kids. We had a great time!

My Stay at One Particular Harbor Aruba Circle. MY stay in this beautifully decorated unit was from February 14- April 4, 2019. The unit was perfect for me and my guests who came to visit me. It is situated over looking the lagoon where I enjoyed sunrises and lovely times on the lanai. My guests and I were thrilled with the lovely birds we saw flying, swimming and fishing in the lagoon. We saw ducks, the rare white pelicans, great blue herons, osprey and even eagles. The close by pool and the pool at the Beach Club were very lovely and easily accessible. I enjoyed mingling with the owners and other gusts at the Beach Club for cocktails and light meals on weekends. The walks on Harbor Isles were splendid. Beautiful landscape areas and with benches and bridges to cross. The proximity to Anna Maria Island is a true asset. It was absolutely and Island paradise and I look forward to returning next February for another stay!

The best place on the Island. The home was everything the pictures show and more. We loved it because it had some of the features at our home so we felt very comfortable there and so did our guests for dinner. Everything was just great they thought of all that anyone would want in a vacation home. The best place as we were away from the hustle and bustle of the island but only a small trip across the bridge and you're on the lovely island. Thank you to the owners who did a spectacular job in decorating. Hope to be back next year

Great condo, great development, great location! An extremely relaxing stay. The location was perfect for us, and we didn’t have to battle the legendary spring break AMI traffic because we were 5-10 minutes from the beach at any time of the day. The kids loved the pool and the condo was spotless - exactly like the pictures. We will definitely come back!
