Gorgeous place. Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful condo! We loved the grounds for walking and biking. We also loved nearby Robinson preserve. Thank you.

Gorgeous place with shared pool and quick access to beach and nature preserves by bike or car. We loved this place. It was just as pictured - absolutely gorgeous. The bikes were by the elevator and we really enjoyed using them to quickly get to nearby Robinson Preserve, beaches on Anna Maria island, and other areas. There were beautiful sunsets from the screened porch and master bedroom. There were 3 bathrooms, which was great when a bunch of us came up from the pool at the same time. The kids loved the pool, which has different depths, and was heated. No diving area and no hot tub, but there were bathrooms by the pool and areas to sit in shade. There was also a playground and park area where people could grill and picnic outside. We made good use of the washer and dryer. The wifi worked great. We saw some dolphins visiting the marina and several wading birds in the mangroves, which was a treat. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and towels so we could save room when packing. We had to wiggle the door to the storage room 3 to get it open. The key also gets you access to the pool and through the pedestrian gates. It took us awhile to find the dumpster, which is up by where you put in the code to get through the gate but we found it by the time we needed it. The fridge water filter needed replacing while we were there and it was handled promptly. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Spectacular Home Away from Home. We stayed here based on its proximity to our parents’ home in Bradenton and to Anna Maria beach, as well as the unit’s modern finishes and expansive kitchen & living areas. This unit and the grounds were both amazing!

Beautiful Condo. The property is beautiful and was very clean and well decorated. The pool that was close to the property was nice but it was a tad small and did not have a hot tub. Overall, OPH was great and our family enjoyed it but next time we would stay directly on AMI.

Excellent! Property was great. Everything you need in the condo. Pool, splash pad and park were awesome. Beautiful beaches close by.

The master bedroom shower did leak into the floor. An easy fix, other than that no troubles. Close to the pool!! Relaxing front deck!! Spacious living and dining room. Would rent again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place.

Great condo. Don’t usually find vacation property to be better than expected- this unit was very nice & we would consider visiting again.

One particular harbour, just across from Anna Maria Island. Great condo building and unit. Four of us (two couples) stayed for 2 weeks and it was very enjoyable. The unit is new, spacious and very well equipped. The location was convenient for everything we did. We would definitely return and I highly recommend the experience.

OPH - Anna Maria. Great property. Really enjoyed it. One thing I would suggest: Owner should provide a better orientation to the entire property. The property extends far beyond the 8-10 large buildings near the entrance and includes a clubhouse and additional pools. We were never advised of those and don't know if we had use of them.

Perfect condo. We always enjoy staying in this condo. It’s a great floor plan layout with separated bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you will need for a nice day. We enjoy the screened in porch and water view. Many birds roost in that tree right outside the glass doors. it is close to the beach and restaurants and a nice dock where you can watch the sunrise.

Relaxing and comfortable stay.Very nice, spacious unit. The location is peaceful, quiet and beautiful.

Lovely beach decor, awesome view, comfy beds. 10 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was everything we hoped for. This place has been decorated with a casual Florida style, and equipped with comfortable beds. The lanai was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a great vacation. We would definitely choose this condo again.

This is a new condo and I enjoyed my stay. The owner put a lot of thought in the unit and it was a great rental for me.

Great location and huge immaculate condo near the beach and great restaurants. Gorgeous condo with water view. Beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for the perfect getaway!

A pleasant stay. The condo was exactly as shown- brand new and clean with a wonderful screened in porch. Renters do not have access to the beach club area so be careful when looking into One Particular Harbour as there are some limitations for renters. We did have access to one well maintained and peaceful pool. Often had it to ourselves! No hot water the first day but this was fixed quickly after calling. Would stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient. Great condo with plenty of space for 6 people!! Only 1.5 miles from a public beach. We had a comfortable stay.

The property was perfect like the pictures. Everything was in perfect condition! We were there for 6 days and we loved it! Margaritaville is not 100% completed so it is only going to get better as they complete the project. We definitely want to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores. Our stay in the unit was terrific. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. Nice sunsets. Good access to walking in the development and adjacent preserves. Easy drive to Anna Maria beaches and restaurants. Short drive to supermarkets and other stores. I would not hesitate to stay in the unit again.

Beautiful property. Great location. Unit was beautifully furnished. Pool for renters was small. My daughter prefers the pool to the beach. It would be nice to have a pick up and drop off location for keys actually on this property site for people arriving late. A little skimpy on the paper products (one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no tissues) when you arrive. There’s construction going on. It will be wonderful when it’s finished. Everything else was great. Property Management team were friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Very clean, spacious condo! Three adults and two kids had a great time at this property. Loved that everything was new, clean and spacious. The location and view were pretty and my kids loved the splash pad and pool area right downstairs. Easy access across the bridge to Anna Maria Island to explore during the day. Would recommend the Penthouse to others in the area.

Beautiful oasis overlooking the Sound and Anna Maria Island. The accommodations were very tastefully decorated and the kitchen equipped with every state-of-the-art small appliance you could possibly want or need. Three couples were definitely comfortable sharing the large common areas while enjoying the privacy of the three bedrooms & bathrooms. Pushing back the folding doors fully to bring in the morning & evening breezes from the screened-in porch was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool area was clean and relaxing with plenty of chairs & shaded areas available with umbrellas and a covered patio although the sound system could have used a boost for listening to Jimmy Buffett tunes! We enjoyed morning rides on rented bikes around the property and swinging in the shaded hammocks by the water. Staying at this location simplified our travel to the various beaches, restaurants and places we decided to explore such as Sarasota, Siesta Key & St. Armands Circle. The Property Manager, Debbie Mulhollem, made every effort to rectify any small inconveniences that occurred (mostly due to new construction and gate access issues) in a timely manner.

Beautiful! We loved our stay in Bradenton. The condo was beautiful, spacious and convenient. We were close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Wish we had more time on our vacation to enjoy the pool, splash pad and grilling/playground area because it all looked so nice. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Stayed Dec 26 - Dec 31, 2017. Great condo. Beautifully furnished and spotless. Good location for access to AMI beaches and stores. Community pool is great for kids and adults. Would stay again, particularly when the marina and all construction has been completed.

AMAZING GETAWAY It was clean and extremely comfortable, a beautiful home. We liked the convenience of the location with very peaceful surroundings. We would definitely return for a longer stay. We loved this property!

LOVED OUR TIME AT MARINA WALK, HARBOUR ISLE, ON ANNA MARIA SOUND. The owners were so warm and welcoming. Each guest is individually met and any needs that pop up are immediately addressed! This is a gorgeous location... great areas for bike riding, kayaking, watching sunsets..best beaches anywhere! There is an adjacent children's pool with a water sprout type of fun area for the very young, which our grandchildren really enjoyed. OF IMPORTANCE IS THE BEDS AND LINENS ARE WONDERFUL! We felt very spa-like! The owner WILL make exceptions for small pets, which was important to us!

This place is beautiful and clean! Wonderful location and we had so much fun. The owners are friendly, this is an easy rental.
